This is my first Sidekick and an absolutely gorgeous cover and leather. The red is darker than the color depicts with beautiful grain. It's soft to the touch with just enough structure to keep it from collapsing around inserts, which I love! The workmanship is A+++ but the one thing I'd change is to not have the CS logo front and center. It's a little distracting, but I'd purchase another Sidekick any time and can't wait for CS to introduce more colors!

External spines, give the notebook cover more character and square off the spine. It is one of my favorite customization features.

Great notebook! The paper is perfect and lays flat which is great for writing.

Oh my it is everything I thought it would be!!! I absolutely love Chic Sparrows quality and design. I ordered a passport just to see if it was what I really wanted and it is!!!! I will definitely be getting more sizes!
